ABOUT THE EVENT
A hands-on game design and coding course using Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
If your child loves games and has ever wondered how they're made, this is where it starts. Over 5 weeks, students will design their own characters, levels, and game mechanics - and write real code to bring it all to life.
No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to create.
Each week introduces new concepts in game design and block-based coding, with plenty of time to experiment, problem-solve, and - most importantly - play what you've built.
Thanks to the Australian Government's Maker Projects program, the full 5-week course is just $50 (reduced from $600).
