One simple tool to help your family reset
[1:00 - 1:45 PM]
Have you ever felt like your child turns into a different person after too much screen time? Well, you’re not imagining it and you are not alone. This session is for parents who are navigating digital overload/overwhelm and are looking for a grounded, practical way to help kids reset.
Bronwyn Clee will introduce her tool, The 4By4, a simple nervous system tool designed to help children (and their grown-ups!) feel safer, calmer, and more connected, even in high-stimulation environments.
No shame, no blame, no expert talk. One simple rule. One simple tool.

Together, they’ll help you take the first step toward creating content that feels natural, not forced.
You don’t need to be a tech whiz or influencer to join. If you’ve ever wanted to share your story online but didn’t know where to start, this workshop is your chance to find your voice, your rhythm, and your people.
